(1) In the event that the Association discloses personal information to contractors to provide services requested by members.
(2) When it is necessary to disclose personal information based on laws and regulations.
The Association will take all possible measures to ensure the security of personal information to ensure its accuracy and safety.
If a member wishes to inquire about, correct, or delete his/her own personal information, we will respond to the request after confirming the identity of the member.
In addition to complying with Japanese laws, regulations, and other rules applicable to personal information held by the Association, the Association will review the contents of this policy from time to time and make efforts to improve upon it.
